Parnell Trust Early Childhood Centres (3)
"Gladstone Park Early Childhood Centre", "Parnell Infant and Toddler Centre" and "Parnell Early Childhood Centre" are managed by Parnell Trust - a trusted provider of childcare services in central Auckland for over 20 years.
All three centres are located in the picturesque, tree-lined streets of suburban Parnell and provide safe, nurturing and challenging environments, supported by responsive teachers. We believe that children are precious individuals who, with the right support and encouragement, will develop the determination to claim their dreams and successfully reach their full potential.
Gladstone Park Early Childhood Centre (0-5 Years) is a purpose-built childcare centre, established in 1997. From its location next door to a popular public playground, the centre provides a safe and exciting environment for children. The small group of babies and toddlers have a separate area where they can safely and confidently explore and grow. The older children play and work together, experiencing activities that promote their development. In this area, the 4 year-olds meet daily to increase skills, especially numeracy and literacy, which will support their confident transition to school.

Parnell Infant and Toddler Centre (0-2 Years) is focused exclusively on positive experiences that create an eagerness for exploring and developing. Our passionate teachers nurture and guide the children to be empowered so they are able to develop holistically. Separate areas for babies and toddlers allows babies the space to grow, explore and develop, while toddlers can play, learn and create away the day in a space tailored to their own needs. Children from the centre come together throughout the day to foster friendships and participate in activities than enhance everyone's learning.

Parnell Early Childhood Centre (2-5 Years) promotes, enhances and supports children's care and learning. The younger children play and learn in a large well-resourced, engaging space, and the older children, in the Kindergarten, participate in a programme that includes some formal learning experiences evolving from an emergent curriculum that supports their transition to school.
With Parnell Infant and Toddler Centre and Parnell Early Childhood Centre on neighbouring sites, teachers at both centres can facilitate a seamless transition for two year olds graduating from PIAT to PECC. This allows children the opportunity to attend an early childcare centre tailored to their age and development, and is ideal for families with multiple children. Both centres have been under Parnell Trust management since 2008.
