Magazine Picture Puzzles
Di Hodges What you need:
What to do: Look through magainzes with your children and let them choose some pictures from which they would like to make puzzles. Help them cut out the pictures and use a strong glue to stick onto thick cardboard. When it is dry, cut it into puzzle shapes. With younger children begin with four or five pieces. As they master the skill, cut the pictures into more pieces. Store and label the puzzles in plastic lunch bags in a show box. - Reproduced from TV-free Activities for Kids by Di Hodges If you have a great activity idea - contact us and we will add it to this site!
