Wesley Kindergarten is a friendly centre, where everyone is welcome. We service a culturally diverse community which adds an amazing vibrancy to the kindergarten and opportunities for children to learn about other cultures.
We have a strong sense of community at Wesley Kindergarten, parents and whānau are always welcome and encouraged to participate in the centre.
Wesley Kindergarten operates a play based programme, with lots of time and opportunities for children to follow their own interests. This is blended with a mix of teacher inspired activities aimed at teaching skills and extending children's learning. There is a strong emphasis on providing a language rich environment, opportunities for physically active play, teaching social skills and celebrating cultural diversity.
